Full payment of the items together with any carriage costs and taxes that may be applicable shall be due from the buyer to Flatpax Ltd ( trading as GarageFurniture)  in GBP at time of dispatch and prior to delivery of the goods.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price.  Despite our best efforts mistakes do occur. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions as to whether you agree to paying the correct price before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Flatpax Ltd ( trading as GarageFurniture). Any products purchased through third party links from the Flatpax Ltd (trading as GarageFurniture)  website are sold under the terms and conditions of the third party supplier and Flatpax Ltd (trading as GarageFurniture) accepts no responsibility for those products.

Returns Procedure
In the event of the buyer being dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the product being found to be damaged the buyer must contact Flatpax Ltd ( trading as GarageFurniture)  within 48 hours of delivery in writing to customercare@garagefurniture.co.uk . Flatpax Ltd (trading as GarageFurniture)  will arrange to refund or replace the damaged product.

Delivery
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Quoted prices refer to UK Mainland only. Delivery is by independent carrier during normal working hours. Flatpax Ltd (trading as GarageFurniture)  cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, industrial disputes  or acts of third parties.

Applicable Law/Courts of Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of any contract to which these conditions apply shall be governed by English Law
